  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Labor Flow AI and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have paid to Labor Flow AI in the past six (6) months, or if you have not paid any amount, one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Ending Our Relationship (Termination)

You can stop using our services at any time. We'd be sad to see you go, but you're free to close your account.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
